You know the drill. The time is set, the meeting point pinpointed on Google Maps (look, this is the 21st century) and the lady has stretched the definition of "o'clock" to include "five past".
A party of seven and two halfs enters the chish and fips restaurant, orders sundry whale tails and half a stone of potatoes that have been submerged in hot oil (but not to the point of being even slightly tanned) per person, consumes said repast while chatting over the events of the past few days and then...
First the Janty eGo XL with XL carto - in black - appears, is toked and stays gripped. Then the Titanium Riva standard, with XL Atty and cart is fished from shirt pocket. These are followed swiftly by a USB eGo or two - in black, and, then, a Tornado Automatic in Titanium (or "green"), again with XL carto.
Of seven adults, only one was not applying reverse pressure to the tip of an e-cig, and all six that were, were using a variation of the Tornegoiva theme, even though amongst their number were two of the most rabid mod collector/testers.
Quite what significance this may have is difficult to discern, but I do suspect that it may spell the demise of the mini and super as anything other than very low-cost "give it a try" devices. That's not necessarily a bad thing, y'know...
