Back in the early days, Sav, (my daughter) and I were avid readers of both TW and ECF Forums, but posting in ECF was intimidating, as the membership was large, and so many established friendships had already been made, a newcomer felt 'out of their depth' posting.
So initially I joined Toby's little subforum, and when we were all awaiting the Janty Stick, to pass the time, we decided that local vaping clubs would be a good idea, that quickly developed with Janty's (Ludo) approval into the formation of the Janty Club.
So three of us, frog, gadget and myself, all got together, and formed the Janty Club. Gadget created the site, and forums, frog tweaked them into a place of beauty, and I was the forum admin.
To begin with, it was all great fun, but it quickly developed into a role where Janty customers were querying orders etc., which of course, I could not answer. So discussions were held, and it was decided to encorporate the Club into JantyWorld, to save me having the problems. But it still happened, and we all decided it was best to remove the club.
It was a shame, as those days were still fun in general, but it was time for Janty Cat to hang up her shoes.
I then joined the GG forum over at ECF, and we again, decided to help Imeo by forming another website, this time for the GG..yes, we seemed to have a fondness for creating websites, but once that was done, we wanted to forget about it...but you cant do that, or can you?..
I then created a forum of my own, one not meant to take volumes of traffic, just for GG people, who by that time, had all taken umbridge with Imeo, creator of the GG..
I realised the forum was gaining membership, and was going to be another commitment, and one I didnt really want or need, so I made it private until it was no longer needed, and I breathed a sigh of relief..
So Vaping has taken me places in the last year and a half, and through it, I have met many new people, some of whom I can call friends.
Since joining UK Vapers, this has lead to a meeting in York, where we all had a truly wonderful time, and hopefully, there will be many more to come..
Changing to vaping changes your life in more ways than smoking ever could...

It's always good to hear how all the relationships were formed as us newbies often feel a bit perplexed at who knows who, from where and when. Sometimes I haven't got a clue what everyone's on about (non-equipment-wise)
