Last night I put my Throathit dual 18650 device on charge as usual and the light on the charger stayed green.

I thought it would charge anyway and this morning I unplugged it and it was as flat as a witches tit...
Dug out my lovely Don ( Which I only ever use in an emergency ) and wrote to Rob and asked his advice.
He got back and said either send it back...
