There is no change until such time that the MHRA decides to make a decision, with the recent submissions it may take them a while...lol

We've had a response to the petition. Unfortunately it was from the Department of Health and it was their standard propaganda.
You can see it here, it's the last two pictures at the bottom of this page - http://vapersnetwork.org/node/31

I don't have an email addy for Dave, Dave. I've sent it to almost everybody in my address book, including Lord Faulkner, my MP, lots of media peeps, all the ASH groups, lots of tobacco control outfits, ecig vendors, all our experts like Dr Payne and Phillips, and anybody else I could think of.
The chances of getting a coherent response from the DoH are small I think to be honest, they're not really running on logic.

I think they should institute a new policy - When you deliver a petition, you should get given a keyring.
At least then you have a souvenir of being fobbed off

It's very disappointing that the DoH ended up with the Downing Street one. They already knew the petition existed so it would have been good for somewhere else like the Office of Fair Trading or something to get it.
And that old propaganda surprised me, I thought they'd stopped dishing that out after the election. The letter isn't signed by the Health Secretary so maybe he's just avoiding responsibility.

I did ;)
I've spammed all the government departments but am sad that the DoH get to be the official bansturbaters.
