As long as he sorts out the folk he owes merchandise/money to, then I see no reason to slaughter him, but I would be very weary ordering from him again.

They advertised their return on FB on the 18th of October, surely things are ironed out by now?

Again I have tried to contact Fred in regards to my £40 refund but no reply to email, facebook or phone calls.... looks like he has the time to update his website but not sort out the customers he has ripped off

Well I reckon it's time to stick him on Kates "Shit vendors" list if that's the case. Only right people are warned.

Nice one Kate. It's a sad day when you're not even being dealt the courtesy of getting palmed off anymore.

this was in August and i was palmed off for a few weeks with plenty of excuses Snaggletooth

We are so so so sorry for our service at the moment. We are getting huge numbers of orders and emails and we don't really have enough staff to cope at the moment. Of course we are working on this issue as best as we can and training new staff as quickly as possible. We will be running much smoother in the next few weeks and also be ordering in some exciting new products. Please except this 10% discount for the inconvenience caused

You have caught us at a really bad time, I know it is no excuse and we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We can refund your money asap

I am not in the office at the moment but yes you will get your refund hopefully by the end of the day. We are so sorry about all of this, we owe you and will give you fair compensation and a proper explanation shortly

I would warn everyone about using MistEliquid... and as someone suggested i will be contaction ECCA if they are indeed back trading

I got a email from them yesterday, nothing to do with a refund just a old order that went wrong being cancelled, looks like he may of been reading this thread as the website is now offline again.

I have posted this on another thread but thought i would post here too.

Fred contacted me out of the blue a few days ago and gave me a full refund ...apparently he has had a life changing incident, no idea what but i would like to thank him publicly for coming good and wish him all the best for the future
