just to share this with you....

“Zeus, all you other gods, grant that this child, my son, may become, like me, pre-eminent among the Trojans,
as strong and brave as me. Grant that he may ruleTroy with strength. May people someday say,as he returns from war, ‘This man is far better
than his father.’ May he carry back bloody spoils from his slaughtered enemy, making his mother’s heart rejoice.”

After 24 weeks effect of vaping on the 40 testpersons not wanting to quit smoking: 9 (22,5%) quit smoking , 22 (32,5%) reduced smoking >50%. In total for 55% a big effect of vaping with a starters-kit device. See figure 3 in the study: The ones with not a big effect were in general heavy smokers in the upper range with a mean of >30 fags a day. No surprise the devices did not do it enough for these heavy smokers.... How many of these would have had a better effect if the vaping was done on a bit more voltage, etc. The 55% would be raised to 80%?

Well, the success rate is 100% in my house. I'll never touch a filthy fag again.

I was between 20 - 30 a day for about 30 years.

Looking back on it, when i switched from tobacco to vaping, I think the first couple of weeks weren't so much cravings in the usual sense, but more getting used to the strangeness of the ecig compared to a fag.

It was more a mental thing than a withdrawal thing for me. Once i'd gotten used to handling, filling and just the general feeling of the ecig, the routine swapped around, and now it would feel strange to smoke rather than vape i think.

I'm SO glad i found these things. I really think they are going to save a LOT of lives and prevent smoking related illnesses around the world, even if they don't take off en mass and only capture say 10% of the market.
