You know, I've been thinking about it, and I think the answer to the original poster's query is "Yes". It is too early to start thinking about UK Vapefest 2012 - certainly from a punter's point of view.

I mean it's the better half of a year away!

I'm sure there will be more pressing concerns to occupy you until two thirds of the way through 2012. There's that curtain rail to put up, those library books to return, that LoveFilm subscription to cancel and the London Olympics. All of those things before the barest whisper of raising a Pint and a Provari in an open air gazebo somewhere in the Midlands...

Well, a possible solution might be to hold the Vapefest twice a year. Winter/Spring Vapefest and later in the year Summer/Winter Vapefest. One organised in South and one organised in the North. I would certainly go to both as there is so much new stuff coming out. I think Vendors would also support Vipefest twice in a year as it would give them and new businesses an opportunity to increase their visibility.

Lol that brings back memories of Jessica wandering around with her wine... proudly declaring there was no need for a glass it was all going to the same place anyway and taking swigs from the bottle. Was a good night

I too remember that night all too well,seem to recall at one point, having to prop that poor wee lass up for a while and with bottle in hand,hehehe
also remember later that morning the Travelodge crew on the look out for late night burgers n stuff.....lols

Surely has to be a larger event though in 2012..i would be up for a summer/early winter Fest....

Wayne done an amazing job last year and huge credit to him for taking it on again (if he is).

Our only request (hopefully well enough in advance) is that it's in a much bigger venue than the moat house this year

getting the size of the venue is gonna be the hardest thing to sort, the size we are gonna need is gonna cost a bob or two fourum membership is growing very quickly and the attendance last fest to the one before came as a suprise to all i think.its gonna be huge,and a huge task for whoever takes it on

Well...Going by last years predicted attendance which was 150 odd...How many turned up? -- 300 odd?

So if we go on 500 this year wonder how many we will get.....750....1,000?

I want to know as soon as possible so my mate and myself can book a room in advance and hopefully get a good deal as I am always skint....

This years Vapefest is gonna be one of my high spots of the year,

I'm looking forward to attending a fest this year. I've only recently got into vaping and I'm impressed at how nice a community this seems to be. So far everyone I've talked to and dealt with has been great, it'll be cool to meet a few people face to face and see some mods in the flesh.
