cheers glenn, some good tips there.
i've had one bugger up, and one running fine. it really is down to being super careful with carto filling.

good review, and must say the SD Keyring does look good, and have not had the chance to get one yet.
Just a thought? would be good to know if the stardust from gotvapes work on these? would look quite smart.
or even the new 3ml vornados from gotvapes.
as allways, too much good stuff coming out an no mony at the moment to worrant buying anything.
cant wait to see the back of january, bad month for my job.
cheers Rick

I've had an Ecomiser on mine with an adapter and It was working grand.
I'm assuming it's a similar connection but this is all still quite new to me.
I've been using two of them and one has just packed up.
Product of my failed experiment rather than the device, a wonky clearo leaked into the battery.
Not sure if I should blame the clearo or my sausage fingers over-tightening.
It's a great little thing.

I've had no problems with the three that I ordered. The wife uses one and I usually have both mine in my pocket when I pop around the boozer for a couple of hours most nights.
It's advertised as the smallest ecig in the world, this isn't quite true as with a Boge attached they are even shorter than with the standard carto that comes supplied with them!
Here's my two, one with a Boge SR and one with an Ego-W/F1/APL-580/Whatever they are called.

here is the original..

the cartos grew and changed colour..
the colour change was intentional the XL carto just arrived.. he he
we still have the standard size carto in brown with our Social Smoker kits.. French Pipe 24 mg.. they will fit..
but we made it small everyone else seems hell bent on making it bigger..

I bought one of these today and with a silver Boge LR and purple ming vase drip tip it has to be one of the coolest e cigs I have.
It ain't going to last me all day but for school runs, nips to the shops and swift halves round the pub it's absolutely perfect.
It's absolutely super doodie, I love it.

Hey, first post!
Iv been using an inferior skycig for a couple of weeks now and have just picked up a Sdk. I'm really liking it so far but I haven't used it long enough to guage battery life.
Would the Sdk be usable as an all day vape with a couple of batteries?
I only vape when I get a craving, so no constant puffing.

Odd, I had some French Pipe cartos a couple of weeks ago and they came in black.
Do the brown only come with the kit?
I was disappointed, fancied something different.

Excellent bit of kit these sdk's good vape nice and smooth . This is what I started vaping on 16 days ago after giving up the analogue's . Battery is great lasts best part of the day on one charge if your not too heavy a vaperer . The cartos that come with I found to be of very good quality better than the boge cartos I've since purchased . I've now upgraded to an Ego-t 900mah with a passthrough . Gave the SDK to my daughter to try looks like she's giving up the analogues now too. Well worth the £13.00 I paid from Vapeescape . I did keep the SDK's cartos and gave the daughter the bogue's mind.
Happy vaping everyone

Hi Mate,
One battery lasts me about 3 hrs and i class myself as medium use vaper 3-4ml a day, so i guess i would need about 3 full charges to get me through a working day and probably 4 to last me all my waking hours, but performance is great on these batteries and if i had no other devices, i could happily use these daily

I wouldn't call 4ml a day "moderate vaping".
If you use 18mg liquid, that's the same nicotine as 4 packs of MB a day...:-/

I only use SDK now. I feel I'm a moderate vaper and I use less than 1ml a day.
An SDK battery usually lasts me the whole day but I always carry a spare carto and battery.

Fair point but the amount of nicotine we absorb from vaping isnt the same as when smoking ;-), there was few threads around that reckon we absorb 10-30% when vaping

the SDK is okay as an all day device for lighter users.. not the main intended purpose but the small neat factor means it is being used this way by lots of folks..
heavy users are still better off with larger manual switched devices for all day use.. but if small and neat is important it does seem the SDK device does the "all day" job quite well..
the black french pipe XL cartos.. an order mistake.. they got sent instead of 510 atomizers.. but we will order some more.. he he
i like the french pipe liquid.. we just thought it might be a bit "exotic" for the mainstream market which is what the SDK is aimed at..
matt has been running a pair of SDKs as his all day device.. more as a durability test than anything else.. they must do the job else he would not still be using them.. he he
me.. i boringly still use my MK1 SD with a black XL carto stuck on the end.. or a little brown one they both work in a similar fashion.. the black ones hold about 1.5 mil of fluid the little brown ones about 1 mil..
one pre-filled 1.5 mil XL black carto could last a lighter user all day.. well matched to the battery run time..
if you do want to use them as all day devices you need more than one.. three is an ideal.. two in rotational use.. one kept fully charged as a pick up and go device..
it all gets used in the end having more than one just makes life easier..
people do like "small" but the cig sized form factor dosnt really cut the mustard.. the run time is too short.. the SDK serves both purposes.. an "adequate" run time and very small and neat.. it looks "cute" as well.. he he
the cartos.. they work very well.. we use them ourselves.. minimum faff and plenty of taste and vapour.. i doubt you will find "better" whatever brand name it carries..

the nicotine content quoted in real cigs is the actual amount we absorb not the amount in the fag.. this important little fact is never mentioned..
google nicotine percentage by weight in tobacco.. this will give you some idea of the nicotine that is really in a cig.. a lot more than the quoted absorption figures.. maybe twenty times more..
most of the nicotine in a real cig is destroyed by the burning process..

Thanks for the replys guys, I guess I'm using one boge carto a day, so around 1ml of e liquid. I'm not a heavy smoker.
I charged the Sdk yesterday, started vaping about 5 o'clock, and using it the way I do (when I get a craving) it has lasted, still going strong now.
I think I'm going to get another Sdk to put into a rotation and use the skycig as a backup.
Thanks for the great product! I never thought I would get off the cigs!

Thanks, that's interesting Information, no doubt.
I guess that makes the quoted nic content of cigarettes and of e-juice even more equivalent, since there's no incineration in e-cigs destroying the nicotine.
About absorption ratios in e-cigs, last time I checked, there was no consensus about it, but that may have changed.
The absorption "profile" and effects are definitely different, as any e-cig user can confirm by their experience.
The larger particle size should have a different effect in the lungs, I'd say, but the topic absorption in the mouth should also make it very different.
