Have just tried to report a spam post in my thread in vendors section, but it dont seem to be working.

Jackie is aware of the problem but we don't have an ETA for a fix, unfortunately. In the meantime, please PM one of the moderators with any concerns, spam reports, etc.
I've tidied up your thread for you now and removed the spam and anything that quoted it

a workaround I found was to click on the # number on the right of the post (in this post it's #4) and copy the actual post reference, then click on the members user name on the left next above the avatar picture (in this post it's me - MaddyPaulus), then on their profile there's a box bottom right to "report this member" and you get a chance to add the reason... so report the member, add the reason (eg. spamming) and then paste the #number link to the post concerned.

hope that helps until things are sorted.

2 months on and NOTHING has changed.... blatant advertising in a signature and STILL the report doesn't work!

Please remove the "report this post" button as it doesn't work.
Carry On Spamming adverts for products that I don't want or need!

Look - I've told you all that admin are aware of this - I dont know what the state of admin is at the moment - you (like me) will just have to wait - sorry

Sorry if I came across grumpy - I'm not I just thought is was getting a bit pointless for you all to keep posting the same thing. I'm doing my best to contact admin, but Crossbow is very busy and I also suspect that Jackie has a lot going on at the moment.
