Drip tips.
I've been trawling about the place trying to find stuff about drip tips. Its taken hours because I keep getting interested in the threads & forgetting what I'm looking for. I found some info, but there's something missing. So, why would I want one (or would I) to use with:
1. a carto
2. a cart/atomiser
3. a tank? (bit uncertain about the whole tank thing actually, don't seem able to understand and/or retain any tank related info at all)
Toby's not allowed to answer because he's just put up with 20 zillion stupid questions from me. So has Trog for that matter.

1. a carto
A drip tip is essentially used as a mouthpiece in 510 or KR808 cartos.
And easy to pull out when you need to top up!
2. a cart/atomiser
Better flavour; and also because standard carts don't wick very well, and with LR atos, carts don't wick fast enough.
3. a tank? (bit uncertain about the whole tank thing actually, don't seem able to understand and/or retain any tank related info at all)
With an eGo tank atomiser, you could use a drip tip for direct dripping I suppose, but doesn't seem much point, as you may as well use a non-tank cheaper version for dripping...
