Hi I'm new to this site and would like to say HELLO.!!!
I have only tried a cheap e-cigarette before and I really took to it.
So what I intend to do is jump in at the deep end. I intend to buy a
PRIVARI and a ODYSSEUS tank. The way I see it I could spend £000
on trying different products so why not just buy the best. Then all I will
Have to buy is the juice. GOOD IDEA OR BAD IDEA..

get yourself a lava tube and a mid priced tank. same results much less cost. many users rate the lava tube as highly as the provari and at least you wont mind taking it out of the house!!!

Carnt afford go out of the house. Lol
Provari and Odysseus are like rocking horse sweat at the moment. But I like the
Choose of getting 0.9 ohm out of that combination. So looks like I
Will have to buy a lava for the moment anyway. When u consider I am
Spending £ 90.00 a week on cigarettes. I will need all help I can get.

Honestly mate, if your gonna go whole hog then the Provari is imo untouchable, i only own 2 mods that i will never part with and the provari is one if them, yes there is cheaper options but you get what you pay for out of anything in life.
Ive been there with the cig money christ if i still smoked id be paying the same as you mate.
Not owned the lavatube so cant comment on it really.
Oh and i too would like an Odysseus

If you want the Odysseus then it's better with a ggts, there in no need to have variable voltage with ody as you can set it at whatever ohm you like.
I would recommend you to get the lava tube with a puff diddy tank. That whole set up is around £50 or so and is pretty damn good for a starter. If you want a provari, they are very good so no harm if you have the cash.
I wouldn't recommend an odysseus for a beginner, you will get too frustrated making coils that could have you back on the fags! You need an easy to use devise that is no hassle at first.

Aloha BATHY
and
As someone who has owned and passed on a Provari - yes it's excellent but didn't really want to take it to the pub, was often the most expensive item i had on me, for me in 18650 mode far too heavy and TBH didn't like the button that much especially considering how many times i had to push it!
The Lava Tube (or now mini LT) is cheap, light, to me nicer button and if i loose it - an expensive but affordable mistake. And i have a GLV3 mini and a GLV2 mini for the same price!
Can't speak of the Oddy but Clockworks RTA seems to be getting rave reviews?
:ballanced:

Totally agree with romastino " you get what you pay for " will have to look
Closely to see if the lava will give you a reading of how many ohms is
Is being used. But the Odysseus is a must for me as making your own wires
And building it all up may be fiddly but all adds to the hobby in my opinion.
The first juice I have ordered Is. JAGERBOMB LoL

If u can afford it get a provari, nice tactile button and just feels like a quality mod with clear bright display. build quality is great.
Lava tube works well but has the looks and feel of some kids toy torch from poundstretchers and that clicky button gets on your tits

The GGts does look interesting but it has no visible reading for the ohms or the voltage.
More research is needed me thinks. !!! Any more advice is greatly welcomed thanks to all that commented on this thread.

Not picking on you just need someone to quote, I see alot of people worried about damaging their Provari. But I have to question how many have a £400-500 Android (just because its on contract doesn't mean its free) or however much the latest iPhone goes for. Even your cheapest contract phones will be at least on par with the Provari in cost, and still a hell of alot more fragile.
I expect an incoming barrage from refined gentlemen who only use phones to make phonecalls.

Spent so far: Baseunits £274, Heads £147, Liquid £193, Accessories £39, TOTAL COST: £653
Break even point: 8 months, 10 days
