Kevin was good enough to send me a FOC sample to try out at different % ratios.

Before I talk about the Hangsen RY4 concentrate, I should say that my all day Vape is RY4 concentrate from cloud9 vaping mixed at 20% strength. I usually make a 30ml quantity of C9 RY4 and decant to 5ml bottle and add a single flavour to it depending on what I fancy. Sometimes caramel or DK tab or raspberry or blackberry or Irish whiskey etc.

I use a VG 52mg nicotine base and PG dilutant both from cig-eliquid. I mix a 16mg nic strength base.

First mix of the Hangsen was a 5% ratio. I found the flavour to be similar to the C9 Ry4 but too subtle for my tastes.

2nd Mix was a 10% ratio and that was much more to my tastes. It is a very good RY4 starting base I recently bought some janty Ry4 and the Hangsen concentrate has a similar background taste to the janty. The Joytech RY4 is a finished premixed juice, so it has a more defined high note caramel and other flavour taste to it but the background base taste on this Hangsen concentrate, to me tastes very similar.

3rd mix was a 15% mix ratio and I personally found that to be too much but everyone's tastes are different so mix to your own taste.

I will be buying more of this Hangsen RY4 concentrate it works out very economical against the C9 RY4
Cig-eliquid 50mg RY4 = £11.50
C9 100mg Ry4= £39

I also feel the Hangsen Ry4 concentrate is more concentrated than the Cloud9 ry4. I mix C9 RY4 at 20% my preferred mix of the Hangsen is 10%.

The Hangsen RY4 is a good Ry4 concentrate by itself but when mixed with other high tone flavours like caramel or a few drops of DK Tab flavour makes the Hangsen Ry4 a very versatile and economical RY4 base and I will be buying more.

Thanks Peggington. Have you tried Hangsen premixed RY4 and are there difference between that and the concentrate? Obviously there are variables in as much as quantity and base used but you get my meaning I'm sure : )

Snow, unfortunately I have never tried Hangsen premixed RY4. Kevin at cig-liquid sent out 5 bottles I'm looking forward to what the other people think. It is def worth giving this a try. I am enjoying it.

nice review pegg, it's a really solid RY4 imo. the price is great too.

works equally well as a base 5-10%, or with a higher flavour percent for an 'intense' version...

snow, i like this much better than a Hangsen premix i've tried. it tasted chemically to me in premix. this is deep and rich, smokey, with a big dollop of caramel

Be intersting to see what other people make of this. I've never tried Hangsen ry4 and I'm not a fan of Cloud9's ry4 either... however the price looks great. I'd love to try some before I do another order from China...

Does it compare to Health Cabin's RY4? Logically or mathematically?

Yeah I agree maf, these "essence" fit great into Kevin's product range. His original post suggested he might get some Hangsen HS essence. Really looking forward to that as well. Pity there are no 10ml sample bottles available..then again £11 for 50ml isn't much of a punt.

Mathematically. Using all cig-liquid product a 10% mix of Hangsen at 16mg nic strength costs £3 a 30ml bottle.

Just received my 50 ml bottle this evening haven't had time too make any up yet but it smells lovely just like Ry4 should IMO :)edit ( packaging was top class aswell )

With this £11 concentrate you can make half a litre of juice using the suggested 10% ! around £3.40 per 30ml cheapcheapcheap

haha - close pegginton!! we came to nearly the same price! Better than paying £9+ for premixed - I need to get a sample first lol

Looks darker and that smokyness definately appeals - I have had very well steeped HC ry4... hmmm... I'll have to try this one... cheers

I just put 1 drop of TPA DK into a 5ml bottle of this Hangsen 10% and it's really good. It is def different to the C9 concentrate. I am going to order a 50ml bottle of this..bargain

just to add to this post i was sent a sample to test.i agree with what has been said in previous posts

tonight i made up 4 x 3ml mixes all at 24 mg cracking flavour not so much nutty or vanilla but a strong tobaco caramel taste

using 8%,10%,12.5% ,15% personally i think it vapes and tastes quite nice between 8-10%. im gona leave them to steep over night and then run the tests again and post my results tommrow will also make up a a 9% mix

Thanks Psycho that's really good of you mate but I've been on the receiving end of some kindness on the forums lately so I'll let this one go. I've not got nic and stuff anyway so I probably wouldn't get round to using it for a while anyway. I'll buy some to try in the future for sure though. Tobacco caramel sounds good!

I was going to ask (beg) psycho for a little sample before I jumped in but based on the reviews I'm going to take a punt (not that I need any more ry4/types) but I want to see how it compares to stuff I have and loads I've tried before. I did see this but as i'm a bit flush with juice and concentrates I thought I would wait this time until someone tested it. So going to give it a go.
