D'ya know Brittania, I would never have thought of "lighting up" in any shop, let alone Tesco, but vaping is now so much part of my life, and the little thing is there in my pocket, it's almost like a reflex to stick it in my face - don't even know I'm doing it half the time.

I am slowly breaking my conditioning - baby steps.

When I first started vaping I wanted to blend in with the smokers with little look alike e-cig (and I still vape my little liberro) I hated vaping even my Tornado in public. Now I vape what ever suits my mood. The last time I was challenged about vaping, the barmaid told me "You can't smoke in here - it's illegal!" Honestly with the tone of her voice you'd think I'd just tried to urinate on the table! I opened my palm to reveal my superT and asked her if it looked anything like a cigarette, I then took a drag and asked her what she could smell - she looked rather baffled and mumbled "strawberry - sorry" and stalked away looking a bit confused. Mind you, it left me a little confused too - I was smoking 'French apple tart.'

So give me time - one day I'll vape not just whatever I want, but where ever I want as well.

Good on you girl - every day in every way we're getting bolder and bolder. That was a really positive stand you made there and I reckon it's we women who'll bring vaping into it's own - we just don't give a shit really, do we?

Okay so I'm a bloke, but the sooner the worlds run by women the better I'd say. they're usually better at sorting out arguments and finances and I heard someone say once that all wars would cease because what Mum would send her child to war??

Good on you as well Britannia,, when someone says to me 'you cant smoke in here' I say ' Thank God for that it's a disgusting habit'

With the exception of Margaret Thatcher! But was it a woman really? And in her case she should send hers to war!

I would just like to post an update and let you know that I am getting better. I have just been across to England on the ferry and never once went on deck to vape, a few funny looks but no one bothered me. I even vaped in a restaurant when there was only our table left. I also stayed at a smokers house and she smokes outside only but I was allowed to do it inside. I must admit I joined her outside sometimes and I think I may have talked her into trying it out herself.

Will be trying to educate the French now. I have tried at my local bar and she was ok but I did move from the tables and sat at the bar instead which was so nice my ego in one hand and a glass of wine in the other,what could be better?

I'm going out in central london this weekend on a ' lads night ' .. no doubt we will end up in all types of places especially as I'm taking my younger brother out for the night ( rare occasion as he lives up north ) so ill make enquiries in all the places we go and see what responses i get .. keep u posted
