the product is correct.. i ordered and paid for two.. i only received one.. the packaging has not been interfered with at all..

i am also still waiting for several other items purchased around the beginning of January time.. they are marked as dispatched on the 2nd of January.. okay Chinese holiday maybe but they have still not arrived.. due to the number of missing items a paypal dispute will be my next step..

we are so sorry for the inconveniece,we have just chekced with the post office,all the other item you paid on Dec.31 were sent out on 2nd of January and have been in your city,it will be at you on Feb.10,so will you please kindly wait for a little time ,hope you can understand for the delay because of the Chinese Holiday

Ill deal with the Chinese through my work and to be fair they work 7 days a week for 11months of the year. Chinese new year is their only time off. Just be thankful the French didn't invent this stuff! They work 4 days a week and disappear of the face of the earth in September lol.

Hahaha1 I know what you mean Trog!
I love the chinese though they make me smile, they always fibb about what their gizzmo does and charge you extortionate rates for postage (I think that every village and border it goes through everyone takes a cut!) but they always get it to you in the end IMO, and then when it turns up , if you haven't changed your operating system in the meantime, it usually works for a while!
Nah, love em! But realised loooong ago, there's no point in trying to contact any of them regarding returns etc.

i buy loads of stuff from china.. so does most of the world.. the little gripe i have with their holiday is they are still taking the dosh during the "holiday".. collecting the dosh aint gone on holiday.. he he

i am a bit simple minded.. i dont take money for things i cant deliver in a reasonable time.. all the stuff i have bought in the last month from china i would not have bought knowing the system was going to foul up like it has done.. the official holiday started on the 22nd i bought early enough to have avoided the foul up.. which aint over yet by the way.. or i thought i did..

the rush to buy and ship before the holiday.. still taking dosh while on holiday.. coming back from holiday to a huge pile of stuff thats still somewhere in the system waiting to move on.. as i say not good for china business.. have their holiday by all means just organize it a bit better..

we get back to you ASAP.. yeah right..
