Personally I've found Safercigs to be no better/no worse than several other vendors! I have made several orders at around midnight, gone to bed, woke up and been in tears 8 hours later when postie hasn't delivered my purchases!
It's disgraceful! In the early hours of the morning it's possible to deliver from Dorset to most of the country!!! I feel that 8 hours is PLENTY of time to get my order to me! Daz needs to try harder, never mind escuses about needing sleep!
If this doesn't improve I will be taking my business to China where they know how to provide fast, cheap service.

Daz. You should be doing the 6am to 12pm (18hr ) shift, then have a YTS or what ever they could now a days do the grave yard shift, that way your train them in your CS techniques & grow the buisness
