OK, so it wasn't THAT hard to find! ;)

Here it is: http://www.petitiono...m/petition.html

Get signed up as soon as you can, peeps, because I'll be taking the WHOLE lot directly to the Commissioner responsible in early March. This is a REAL opportunity to let him know what you think.

All the best to all, and happy vaping!

Cheers,

Katherine

P.s while vaping, like smoking is considered a pastime we may be left alone. Once it is considered a health aid like NRT patches, gum, then it is in the realms of medicine and the MHRA.

I think part of the problem is that we now live in a society where a pastime is NOT left alone. All sorts of arseholes seem to feel they have the right to point out theiur opinion and all it seems to take is one person to "object" to something and the pastime is banned on the grounds of health and safety, or possible offence it might cause. Not just with vaping but with everything we do, from what we choose to eat, to what we choose to wear.

Can it get any better than this?

Unfortunately you are quite right, but thats life. However I'd still rather take my chances as a past time.

For what it's worth to the topic.
My NHS doctors surgery has it's own pharmacy. E-cigs and pre-filled cartomizers make up a very visual part of the 'front of counter' items for sale display, with NRT patches, inhalers etc, taking second place behind them. Whether this is because of an opportunity to increase 'takings' or because they see 'em as a positive alternative to smoking I wouldn't like to guess.

Based on Roll Ups @ 50 grm of the cheapest per week.
Daily update - Vaping costs so far £284.64 = minus £119.10 in real terms
Taking renewable items and juice costs into consideration I'll break even in November 2012 and then realise a net saving of £20 per month.

There's a chain of chemists selling VIPs around here. Their margin is about 100%
More than just an e-cig vendor......... We're a gift shop to!
