Greetings Ladies & Gentleman
OK I’m going to start taking pre orders for the Papa mods and will be ready around the end of February
I will be doing a total of 10 and maybe more to fallow.
I will update the list in the forum and the first one’s to be made and posted will be in order on the list.
New addition called Papa Pimped ;-)
They can be individually customised with the fallowing options
There will be two types, One will be a regulated and one will be a boost mod
Standard voltage adjustable ranges
For Papa -R (regulated) 3.6 to 6.0 volts
For Papa-B (boost) 3.8 to 6.2 volts
Voltage range can be adjusted.
Any colour carbon wrap as well as (brushed alloy, gold chrome, red chrome, blue chrome, black chrome, chrome, gold leaf, can be used but an extra cost of £3)
Also you can choose ether Ego or Standard 510 connection (flush fitted)
Choose LED colour from UV, Red, Green, Blue, White, yellow, orange, pink or rainbow slow flashing.
Choose left or right handed as LED can be placed on any side
Switchable Volt Readout, volt on /LED off – volt off/LED on
Or if no LED fitted the volt meter can be switched off
Voltage readout colour is standard red but other colours can be had for £6. Blue, Green, (Yellow only for Papa-R only ) (allow an extra 2 to 3 week wait from order for other colour until I see if there is a demand for them)

Price from £45.00 plus £2.50 signed for postage PPG or add 4% to the total.

As an example

If you want to pre order a Papa boost with an Ego connection, pink carbon wrap and green volt readout and red led.

Msg your intrest with

Papa-B
Ego
pink w
green volt
red led

And I will put you on the list
Should have all the stock in 3^rd week of February and will update when the unit is ready.

So what's the actual difference between the 2 in terms of performance/battery life StiG?

Performance wise and battery life is about the same depending how the user uses them. With the boost one it can be run on just one battery (with a little performance hit ie with duel coils) but can sustain higher voltage as the batteries deplete also the output voltage can be increased more (I've just done one for someone who like to run duel coils & will run upto 5.5v under load as well as HV atty at 8.0+v so the voltage range was 3.6 to 8.4 volts to suits his vaping style).
The regulated one will go a little higher with duel coil attys but as the battery's run almost flat there will be a slight voltage drop (but you should charge before they go that low anyway).
Hard to recomend one over the other as I like them both and use both.

It can be run just on one but recommend two for longer running time but also feeding more power to the chip so better for duel coils & LR's

Got colour options running round my head. Are you open to using two colours? i.e body one colour, 'end caps' another. At the relevant price (£3) per colour of course.

Great idea giving the lefty or righty option. I'm a lefty and it's crossed my mind that modders should offer that in the past. This is the first time I've seen it.

Hiya mate,
That can be done no problem and wouldn't cost any more. The only extra cost for the wrap is for the brushed alloy and the chrome colours as they cost more to buy (and a bit*h to fit to get it to look right) so the stranded carbon wrap colours would be within the price of the mod. It's all the same to me what colour anyone decides to choose. unless the want me to cut out pink poker dots lol.
Just giving that little bit of a personal option for anyone who wants it.

So far as Boost or regulated goes I like the boost over the regulated to vape , I dunno why ...my gut instinct is its because a long toke is a tad more consistent , I should point out I tend to run at fairly low voltages and Stig has set mine to be finely adjustable below 4.5 v .
