I am wanting to clean some prefilled ones to test what they are like with fresh liquid in them, how would i go about this? i know that they have the white bung on the end but i cant seem to remove it, i tried a paper clip but almost snapped the paper clip itself, what technique can be used?
of course most likely only people who use the realis will be able to answer this

IMO cleaning cartomisers is a bit daft (most of the time) - either vape them 'dry' and refill (using the condom method) - or if they're tasting really crap after a few refills they're ready for the bin.
I take it liberro don't sell empty cartomisers?

The tine of a fork should lever them off, as for cleaning them....I'm sure someone with a kettle and lots of free time can explain better than me.

Yeh i totally agree, it is a waste of time but what it is i have had problems with the realis not vaping problem properly and they sent out a replacement today but they were a bit sneaky and instead of sending out a brand new replacement they just sent out everything apart from the 6 prefilled cartos lol so i am having to use the old cartos from the old set with the new battery, i am still having the same problems as i did before so i am assuming that the problem is with the cartos which is why they should have sent out a full starter pack if im honest as i wouldnt be having this problem now, its just customer service assumed the problem was with the battery when its looking to me as though the problem is with the cartos.... Hence this is the reason i want to clean a couple just to see if they are clogged up or something

you would boil them and leave them to dry and drain for ages... or use compressed air...
otherwise phone Liberro.
is it possible you've overfilled them? already filled them too many times?

Hmmm i wouldnt say so, i used the prefilled ones and when i had problems drawing on them i refilled them once, then after that they stopped working ie no vapor, no throat hit, sometimes after a 2 second drag nothing and i mean nothign could come out of my mouth and i dont have deep lungs either

sounds like dodgy cartos to me - not working on 2nd fill... But I don't think you should need to clean them after 1 refill.

I started off with a Liberro Realis kit and remember the pre-filled carts had solid plastic bungs in them which were a bloody nighmare to come off.
The only way I could remove them was using a sharp pen knife and working around the edge, slowly prising them off.
As for cleaning the pre-filled ones, I would forget it, very hard to get rid of the strange tobacco flavour that they came with.
The empty ones come with the plastic bungs fitted loosely, and I never pushed them all the way in when filled as I knew I'd struggle to get them off again.
I do remember getting a few cartos that worked ok to start with, but after screwing on and off a few times would cease to work.
I think the centre pin in the carto would get caught when screwing onto the battery and break the connection inside the carto. That would cause the "no vapour" problem you are having with yours.
If you have access to a multi-meter you could check to see if you are getting a resistance reading from them. If you get a reading anywhere between 1.8ohms & 3ohms, then they should still work, if it's zero or really high then the carto is for the bin I'm afraid.
