Is there really a limit on the amount of likes we can give out? If so, I don't like that! :mumbles:

I had no idea there was a "likes" limit either - someone please confirm or deny. Anyway, MM just gave you one for drawing my attention to this shocking state of affairs! Please sir, if I get a lot of "likes" do I get a Mercedes???

I don't think there are any restrictions and it's more likely <=(s'cuse the pun) to be a server or system issue, if it refuses to work. (just a guess)

It's all very strange; if I like a post I click to say so - simples! Tried to locate a thread re Wicked Elves when I came back from shopping yesterday - no sign of it; knew that 2 had posted "likes" on my flippant comment so tried to access via that, only for the error notice to come up You are not permitted to view this thread. So now I'll never know what that was all about and I'm now doubly interested!!

I can only guess the thread might have been moved or deleted DM?

Also why do I get "Your post-box is empty" (when I wanted to add sympathies for Merseymum) then OK whe I posted somewhere else?

I've asked and we've never had this happen before. :( Every field has some sort of limit but there is always the possibility of something buggy happening. Has it happened again since or were you liking more than usual do you think?

As Boady said, it got unapproved as spam whilst he got vendored and then he started a new thread to introduce himself properly lol.

That normally seems to happen when there is nothing in the message area of a post so I don't know what might have gone wrong there, I'm afraid. :unsure: If it happens again, please tell us.

Thank you for all the info. As has been made obvious on many threads I produced the man who produces the Touchwood (and have been careful not to "promote" it in any way - apart from "What's in your hand right now" - and it is, permanently) so am I O.K under Members? I have no involvement with his hobby, financial or otherwise but thought I'd check - don't want to get cashiered from my favourite haunt!

Well, this is wierd...I've apparently reached my daily 'positive post' limit ie. 'likes' as well....I've only just logged on :wacko: . I liked a few posts after midnight but not that many :biggrin: .

Does anyone find that going from any place on here "Back to Forums" takes ages - then scrolling down to what you want ditto - then shoots right past and your in the members list; or is it computer ninny being an idiot as usual?

You might want to consider a 5 button mouse (clicky back/fwd/scrolly rolly) - to speed up the Dragon's actions? If you've not already? Also, stick the main forum on the Bookmark's Bar, and/or others, if that helps.
