I'm dumb... ignore me... I posted a Tornado compact kit stock alert... seems menthol juices kits are next to nowt left, but tobacco juice kits are still healthy...

E-mailed TECC again about the rubber juice I received. They want it back. Fine, I said. Send me pre-paid packing for the return. Fine, they said. And they did. (Well, they didn't.)

Two-mile trip to the Post Office, stood twenty minutes in blistering heat waiting for service, was told the postage wasn't covered after all. Brought Jiffy back home.

Dont waste your time and effort Andypoo's. Just start a paypal claim on that purchase,TECC will ignore it,Paypal will escalate it,And if like magic a full refund appears. And you can pour the rubber piss down the sink.

Well... it looks like TECC in any case is all but dead... I know Jason was 'only' a Director... but customer service isn't by all accounts second nature to pillbox industries... I have my own purchase griefs which I'm not escalating as frankly I haven't got the time or energy. Having said that, I honestly don't believe that Jason wants these issues and claims by customers... who wants to be known in this business as a cowboy? No emoticon.

The 60% drop in eliquids has been running a few days now, but the unlimited sale makes sense, 'until stocks last'... mostly the stock I'd like has already sold out in any case, and I think I'm already overstocked on juice tbh...but good prices all the same.

I made my fourth order the other day and bought 100 tobacco 510 cartridges..this was before I'd tried Toby's LR cartos..unfortunately nearly everyone I've tried so far has had virtually no juice (read dried out). I'm not going to ask for a refund, I've saved so much with the sale I can't bring myself to but I will order a gallon of Hilton, stocks permitting to fill my LRcartos up with.

Hell mate, that over £30 worth of defective carts!!!! Read 'improperly filled', not dried out as they are so well wrapped. I dunno... I honestly hope it's the one bottle and not all, but doubting it. I do wonder if having had a complaint if they check the rest of the stock and remove any bad products from sale???? Emoticon suggests not...

Andy, if you paid Paypal, are you still within time to make a claim? Else the envelope might never appear... I should have asked for one for my dead 510 PT, as well as for 3 bottles DV juice when I first sussed an off flavour - but continued to speculate it was me. Anyhoo.... we move on...

I'm getting a bit tired of hearing about folk who don't bother claiming, counting themselves lucky to have saved 50% anyway. Here we have a company with inflated prices and shoddy service announcing a sale that delights the pants off everyone, struggles to catch the wallets as they fly in and saves itself a big pot of cash thanks to those customers who seem quite happy to receive defective goods.

If the third envelope doesn't appear, I shall simply make a bigger noise. Possibly in Jason's direction.
