I think quite are few of us are very much into music, a number are even directly involved in the industry.

That is a lovely resonator, always fancied one.
I just bought a takamine eg260rw a month ago, which I love. It is only their basic model but I love it. I also have a danelectro U2 reissue in candy yellow, a 94 jap reissue fender jazz (which is pretty close quality wise to us models, one of the last decent jap models) and a sunn custom fret less (which I can't play!). I also have a Roland hd-1 drum kit that my puppy peed on so the kick doesn't work and an alto sax (which I will one day learn to play!). My boys are also earning guitar and both have an ibanez each (3/4 size gold sparkle top for the 7 year old, way cool.) Their guitar teacher is Steve askew from kajagoogoo ( for us vapers of a certain age, lol!). So a music group sounds good :D

I have a fairly decent Home Studio setup and play keyboards for a Prog-rock band in N. Ireland so I think it is a great idea.

Unfortunately the majority of my keboards rarely leave the studio...

I'll fill any vacant slots... I play keyboards (and sometimes guitar) and share primary vocal duties in one band, play drums and do lead vocals in another band, have run an a cappella group, can arrange songs handily and don't mind filling in on trumpet or flute if needed :D

I'm not brilliant at any one thing; think of me as your musical Swiss army knife :cool:
