I love Healthcabin and rarely buy from other vendors these days. Okay you have got to wait a while but anyone who decides to order from them should have the wit to have enough supplies to keep them going. They are cheap, their products are good, and the only downside is the waiting time.

Patience is required and to be fair they do tell you that slow post if you choose it is exactly that.

As they say here in Greece: Siga, Siga. ( slowly, slowly )

The other option of course is to buy from UK vendors for possibly three times the price but you get next day delivery.

I get next day delivery if I buy from vendors in Portugal (a few things, namely my Halo juices and I may try Bloog's RY4 one of these days because I tasted it and thought it wasn't sickening at all as I'd always imagined and that it was fairly well balanced - the caramel thing, you know. I get one week deliveries whenever I buy from the UK (which happens to be ridiculous when you think of where the UK and Portugal stand and where Guangdong in China and Portugal stand and establish some sort of comparison) - do you get UK things in Crete right the following day or were you thinking of UK buyers?

Btw, I love Greece. I lived in Athens back in 90/91 and visited a few places afterwards, namely Crete, which I happened to have loved. But I haven't visited since 1998, it seems thing are on the expensive side these days, plus there's ll this messy mess we watch on television...

Believe it or not Jorge, it takes as long to get things from UK to here as it does from China so at the prices my oriental friend charge it make sense for me to shop there. I still do buy some things from the UK if the price is right and I like the product.

Alright, alright, alright, I may have been a bit dramatic regarding HC's delivery times. Ordered on May 2, arrived in Lisbon today, meaning I should have my cartos tomorrow, which sums up two weeks, not too bad for a company that's located in Xiamen. I excuse myself even though I didn't totally like their reply "you have to be more patient".

Now, regarding the tracking sites - all of them - come on now, seriously, none of them managed to track anything except for the China Mail official site that I couldn't understand with Google translation and totally misled me.

I've always had 100% top whack speedy service from Health Cabin, placed my first order with them when they first started selling via ebay 3 years ago.

I placed my last order with them on 7th May (over £159.00 so free express shipping), got confirmation of dispatch the next day. Parcel arrived in UK just 3 days later but was held up in customs, received it yesterday

Hmm, yes, I have no idea what things were written by those non-customers or myself since I have no access to the place you're referring to. I don't even remember what *irony* you're speaking of and I mean it. But I'm certain that my actual customers (even non-served for reasons that surpassed me) surely have no complaints. I wish I could have helped them better than I was able.

Hmm, even being aware that delivery times may vary when it comes to HC I still buy from them regularly. If I had a known dropshipper who sold their stuff for about the same price in Europe, I'd probably go for Europe - a part of the money would stay in Europe, but I digress a bit. And I complain more about the trackings (all of them actually, I must have tried everything) than about HC.

Anyway, I do remember well that you acted rationally and in a civilized manner and of course I'll always be grateful for that.

No, and I don't see why we're bringing this up again. I wasn't and I didn't. I did not slate you, sorry if you took it that way. The fact is from my IP I can't get there. I got there from some place else and I'm not in that place. So, it's not a lie. I'm not looking for different IPs so I can remember something sad. If you think I slated you, as I said, you may email me or PM me and maybe you won't feel that way anymore. I wish you thought a bit better before calling me a liar. Where I am I have no access to AAEC. Oh, and I did not tell them all to shut up, I told one member that wouldn't shut up to shut up (privately) and he decided to call it an insult (publicly and even in other forums). I didn't get sound advice, I was told to go away from the very first second - firstly more calmly and then it grew and grew to the point of becoming insulting to me. But, you know, this clearly isn't the place. We may discuss it privately if you wish.

a) I've never been so unwelcomed in any forum whatsoever as in AEEC (in my humble, subjective opinion);

b ) I've never been banned from any forum whatsoever before.

As I like it here, I politely ask AEEC members not to bring this AAEC subject into UKV anymore. Thank you so much.

Got mine today from the 14th of April, came in one of those royal mail bags saying that it had been damaged before they received it.
I thought it was just going to be that the box had split but..







Juice everywhere, syringe is oval so doesn't seal and the needle bits are bent. The only thing that made it is the drip tip.

Luckily, I had £60 order delivered yesterday with no damage (had 2 ego batteries in it too) so I guess this small order isn't much of a loss other than I'd bought the 2 10ml samples to see which I preferred before ordered a couple of 115ml bottles.

OMG that's almost total destruction. It might be worth raising a ticket with HC (they are now on holiday for a week so you won't get an answer for a bit). They may send you a replacement order.

There's no point me making a repeat order for a week then.
It'd be nice to know how it happened, it must have had a decent amount of weight placed on it!

I've opened a ticket, more to make them aware than try and get another one sent out for free.
