Just been informed by my really local pub (The Railway at Ripple) its about 5 miles to any other pub as I live in the sticks that I can't smoke e-cigs in the pub - "Well there smoke coming out" and "I'm not 'aving it in my pub". Brilliant, and there was intending to change from 30 Lambert and Butlers a day to a quality vaping ciggy and quit real cigarettes. Problem is that all life in my village revolves around the pub aka book club, skittles night, Sunday afternoon get togethers. So - is that in then? Landlords (in this case a very unpleasant lady!) can just ban it and that's it!! Any suggestions out there? Am gutted - just when I thought I had found a solution ... sigh sob etc...

In all four establishments I would order a pint and simply ask what their policy was regarding electronic cigarettes.
In the first three the answer was very positive yes no problem, like they knew what I was asking about.
In the fourth all I got was a blank look at first but once I showed them my PV and demonstrated it they had no problems with me vaping inside.

Found this place today. It's a fantastic little pub in Rugby town centre. Good food and welcoming atmosphere, and it has some great pub games (anyone for Bar Billiards?!).
