Yeah I did. There was a post requesting VV but in typical Imeo style he shot that one down. Then when he announced a new idea lots of peeps were hoping that its a VV add on.

I did ask him directly but he never answered :)

Well you know Imeo he is a marvel and I wouldn't put it past him to do this, its the only thing needed I think. :)

Hi Thick (sorry couldn't resist)

It allows you to change the voltage by turning a small screw. It will only work if you have at least 6v but then you could change between 6, 5, 4, 3 etc all without changing batteries.

Actually, although VV does allow for different voltages from one battery or set of batteries, almost all the applications thus far produced rely on a regulator rather than a DC/DC convertor. The latter would allow for VV from 3 to 5 (or 6) volts from one 3.7 volt battery of sufficient capacity.

A regulator only solution eats batteries quicker than it really needs to.

E-cigs are not "quit smoking" devices - they are an alternative way to smoke, but with a much reduced risk profile. Believe this - it's true. E-cig users are NOT quitters.

pfff, I remember when tinear made a bolt on "BOOSTER" , probably best with higher MaH 3.7 volt batteries. It boosts from 3.7volt to 5 volt with 510 connection. As for Imeo doing anything like this, well it's beyond his capabilities imo, unless he gets someone else to do the hard work first...oh wait, he did that already.
