So, was in Radio Newcastle doing the morning show with Charly Charlton, and, after a bit of a natter with CLiffy last night, took a spare eGo XL battery and a pack of five XL cartos through for the feted Jonathon Miles - plus a USB fast charger, of course.

When I left after my show, there was Jonathon sat on cubicle B, on-air, sucking away on the eGo and smiling like a very smiley person having a happy day. Keep your lugs peeled - there may well be mentions...

Great one Dave told you he would be happy, I`m just sorry I didn't have one to give him when I meet him a week ago....I`m sure if he is allowed he will talk about it.did he mention I gave him info on them ? :)

Aye, that he did... if he gets stuck he'll get in touch with either you or me, he says. He should be OK, though, with 5 cartos, for a week or so.

Well I didn't hear it but he came on the Simon Logan show and talked about the ecig and made a remark that he would keep on with the patches as well (not a good thing ) if you have his number Dave, might be a good idea to tell him.

Just listened - he made reference to his HRT patch - Hormone replacement therapy. The whole piece at that point is a wonderful plug for e-cigs! Using it in the theatre, stealth vaping - excellent!

Dave if he does ring you, would you ask him why he is only working 10am to Noon?

Its doing my head in, not knowing..

I hate to think he may leave Radio Newcastle due to lack of hours. And I cant find any info on why the show has been cut to just 2 hours anywhere on the net.

They're always shifting hours around, but he'll be on a fair screw. I've got meetings lined up with one or two RN folk, so I'll see what I can find out.
