Yes, I know what you're talking about. I was always a bit confused by that almost pure nicotine for sale and wondered who'd buy such stuff... I never noticed they marked their bottles as "e-juice" - that is insane!

The reason that they buy it is a Chinese company will sell you 50ml consumer sized bottle of 999mg/ml for around £13. Buy PG/VG by the Litre at around £10 & for under £25 + shipping they have mixed a full litre of base at 5% (50mg/ml). Can you tell us where you could buy that amount for that price? So thats the reason. A guy in the states was telling me that he buys it in quantities of a litre at time for $210 shipped (yes dollars) That would make 20 Litres of 5%, & they send it marked "Printer Chemicals", & he has a litre a week. Now how crazy is that? If that container was ruptured in transit it could kill more than one person. He actually put up a "Nicotine Wanted" add as he was trying to source a better price. Whilst the Chinese continue to sell it as those prices people will continue to buy it. Some people will spend hours preaching how wrong it is but the people who buy it wont listen. All they will achieve is to warn those that are unaware of the risks of nicotine in such high concentrations.
