can anyone give me some advice or links to documentation to counter this email i recently recieved.

Hi All

With the relatively new item of E-Cigarettes on the market I would like to explain how these should be used as there is a bit of confusion around impacts of these.

Currently these are unregulated around impacts to health of both the users, and also people surrounding them, on that basis during working hours please use these the same way you would if you were smoking.

This means if you would like to use this, you need to go off site away from the Customers building and not use this on site or within company vehicles.

Anyone found to be using these will be dealt with in the same way as if smoking on site.
