Hi, all,

We have published a petition today, and would like to ask everyone even remotely connected to the vaping community (yes, even your cats and dogs will do, provided they have their own email!) to sign and support our campaign to keep ecigs freely available and appropriately regulated.

Please spread the word so that we can gather as much support as possible. We are asking our contacts in Europe to spread the word, too, since this affects us all. This petition will be taken to the European Commission as part of our submissions to the EU Public Consultation.

Many thanks to Kate of Vapers Network. I used her petition to No 10 Downing Street as a template for this one. Let's hope it will be at least as successful as that one was!

Thanks all, and thank you zebby for putting it up on LF forum. I went a bit viral with it over on ECF! LOL Even translated it into French and put it on the French Nationals forum! So hopefully it will continue to receive support. Plus, I've just emailed it out to the entire industry, so let's see how many we get!

E-cigs are not "quit smoking" devices - they are an alternative way to smoke, but with a much reduced risk profile. Believe this - it's true. E-cig users are NOT quitters.
