I've almost always got some music on in the background (in another life I'm sure I was a shit hot guitarist/singer, lol) and I'm sure I'm not the only one, so here's a thread to see what we're all grooving out to.
My flavour of the moment - Bob Seger, Night Moves.
What are you listening to?

For me, at the moment, my private life is a music-free zone - but that's because my work life outside e-cigs is as a recording and sound engineer and producer, so I can't really listen to music and enjoy it these days.
However, some examples of what we do here can be found at http://hifistudios.4shared.com if anyone's interested.

I'm working my way through the back catalogue of The Legendary Pink Dots at the moment (it's huuuuuge), but will be switching over to some Soulwax to get my legs ready for Soulwaxmas next Friday.

I'm listening to Radio Ulster ... I love hearing the accent, it reminds me of home and family. The content is pretty awful a lot of the time unfortunately :elvis:

It's all pretty awful, lol. Home where I am now, home where I'm from and Radio Ulster ;)
It's so bad that I can only listen to it every few weeks ... I only keep trying because I'm convinced it couldn't still be as bad as it was the last time I listened ... it always is :(

I listen to LBC97.3 via their website a lot of the time but at the moment I am listening to a band called Nightwish.

Ah, Nightwish, Within Temptation and Epica. Now you're talking. If I do ever feel the urge to give my ears something to latch onto, those three are up there of the current(er) stuff.
But, since I've had 12 hours solid today, they'll get nothing but the whirr of the tablet PC's fan and sizzle of an atty or two...:geek::sleepy:

We must, indeed, all hang together, or most assuredly we shall all hang separately.

Now I've never really liked rock, but Slayer were always a band to hit fans of poodle-headed nonces like Whitesnake, Van Halen (and criminally) Bon Jovi with. Even German electronic bands would sample the hell out of them for fun. Spot the Angel of Death.
