Heavens Gifts Shipping Time ?

Hi Guys,

Roughly on orders from Heavens Gifts what has your delivery time been like.

I previously ordered from them and it came fairly quick i think it was 2 weeks and my item had arrived.
I placed an order in february and i've not had this one seems to be a taking a lot longer is there any reason like more chinese holidays i dont know about thats delaying it - it did say it was sent from heavens gifts back in feb.

i havent had any dealings with heavens gifts it could be being checked by customs?

Two weeks is about right, unless you place your order between November and February. China seems to go home and shut up shop during this period. A good time to send in an invasion force but a bad time to go shopping - the order I placed on the 23rd of Novemeber took three and a half months to arrive...

<EDIT> Oops - sorry - misread the thread - I ordered from HealthCabin not Heaven's Gifts...

Must get liquid from somewhere now though before i end up empty :o shock !

i bought some liquid from a new american vendor (you can find the link in the vendors section) and it turned up after 6 days and it was cheaper than china for e-juice.

250ml of 50mg =£25 is a good price.

I think there are delays in the post from China at the moment. Clearing backlog's from the New Year period probably.. Had some stuff from Deal Extreme recently that took just over 3 weeks from the date they said it was posted to arrive. Details for tracking your package here - http://www.heaven-gi...g My Order.html

The Airmail option is not trackable after it leaves China, it shows on the China Post system the date it left from whatever airport, but you can't track it in this country on the Royal Mail website.

The Airmail option is not trackable after it leaves China, it shows on the China Post system the date it left from whatever airport, but you can't track it in this country on the Royal Mail website.

Last update says Bejing Airport but this was 12 days ago now. Checked my last order which i had recieved and it says the same thing on that one =/
Doesn't look like im going to get anymore of an update ? I've emailed heavens gifts support they are usually spot on customer support wise but i've not heard back in over 5 hours since i emailed.

I should be more patient ?

There likely is a fair backlog from New Year. I think their postal system at christmas was even busier than usual this year and that resulted in a huge backlog. They were probably still working through it when the chinese new year hit in February, making the backlog even worse, so I wouldn't be surprised at delays still happening.

Don't you hate ordering juice when you know you have it on its way already !

aye its tricky when you start out but the golden rule is .............have back ups for your back up :) you can never have enough juice or parts. never !

Hi all - To update Heavens Gifts emailed me back this morning very assuring mail message with an update and general times at the moment so all looks to be fine i just get overly worried when i order anything from a such a distance.

Over christmas i got a free gift in my order from heavens gifts which was nice its like a chinese dangly dream catcher thing... or what we would probably call a dream catcher was a nice little thing to get though when you wasn't expecting anything.

Heavens Gifts are advising i should be patient and still wait on this order but i've still not had anything delivered yet. I have recieved an order today placed at Cloud9(uk based i know this isn't really a good comparison) and also e-cig china placed 3 weeks ago (better comparison)

You are right, comparing Cloud9 and an order from China is not a fair comparison.

The lesson that needs to be learned here is do not order from China unless you have enough kit to keep you going and can afford to wait.

The prices at Heavens gifts are good and that of course is why people order from them but you need to have patience as China is not just round the corner.

I personally will not let my kit and backups including juices go below 3 months in reserve so never have a problem ordering from anywhere in the world.

I don't think Royal Mail will be able to help you on this until the goods are actually in UK.



Be nice to your kids they'll choose your nursing home.

The problem i've got currently is that i have no idea if the goods are in the uk or not. The last postal update 2 weeks ago was that it left bejinge airport i've no idea where it went after that the tracking information didnt change.
