While searching for adverse effects of nicotine, I came across some sites stating that tobacco smoking can slow recovery of brain function in patients going through alcohol withdrawl syndrone. I wanted to see if this is due to nicotine itself or something else in tobacco smoke, but the article is subscription only and my Athens login doesn't give me access. So is anyone here able to access the below article and PM it to me by any chance?
