I am by no means certain on this as I don't like sweet liquids anyway but I seem to remember from somewhere that sugars destroy atomisers. I'd think that there may be residual sugar content from some flavourings (tobacco absolutes maybe?) but I'd seriously doubt they'd be in significant amounts..
Super T S6, Super T P16, SS Don, Hellfire Mini, Hellfire Mega Special, G-Tank by Sturm, Line genisis by Van & Shorty Scubagen V3 .

You can try make an experiment out of this (for all the diabetics out there), but make sure you have a friend or a relative with you - in case something goes wrong.
Take a smaller than usual dinner (I'd say skip it but up to you really - ur risk) and keep 2 bottles of Sprite/7up, Redbull or a Jubin(sugar solution - just in case) next to you, give yourself normal dosage of insulin (make sure you have a friend or a relative who knows what you are doing).
Wait 30 minutes, and take a 0 nic e-liquid like a 555 and vape continually for an hour or more (watch tv or on computer) or till you start feeling sleepy/nausated, check your blood sugar and if its below your normal blood sugar have yourself some dinner, if its below 4 down the Jubin and wash it down with a bottle of sugared soda. If its above your normal then maybe e-liquid is dangerous to diabetics.

I read somewhere ( and please correct me if i am wrong anyone ) that pg breaks down in the body as lactic acid and vg breaks down as sugars, so pg would probably be the way to go. i'm sure if you pm a vendor on here they would be able to give you more info.
