hi I am wondering if over vaping is poss giving me a sore head at times.

I am thinking I might be ingesting too much nicotine as I seem to vape more now than smoke analogues.

So I cut down the strength from 24 mg to around 10mg now but still seem to get a bit of a slight headache at times

Yes, too much nicotine = headache and/or nausea, heartburn etc. Your tolerance will depend on how much you used to smoke vs. how much you now vape. I was a heavy smoker (30+/day) but still get headaches if I overdo the vaping with new kit or some particularly yummy new juice.
Some people are intolerant of some base juice constituents too.

What Lil says is spot on...everyone is different. I was a 20-a-day smoker and now vape like mad but I generally go for 36mg. Generally I have no problems but sometimes (like when I get a new Juice) I take way too much and get a "Nicotine Head" which in not very nice.

I cut down to the 24mg mark and it does fine but sometimes need that extra hit that higher strengths provide.

It will take a bit of time to find your own level...

I agree and I've also found I can't take as much nicotine when its sunny and I have to avoid the caffeine juices altogether this time of year or I get a cracking head. Weird because I can drink just as much coffee.

Just to show the difference. I also was a 20-a-day smoker and find that 18mg keeps me sane and not wanting a cigarette.

If I were to vape 24 mg I would def get a nic high and feel heady.

If I were to vape 36mg I would be sick.

I have a BAD Nicotine head today...Got some new juice to try out E-Liquids Vermillion River Ranges Kentucky CherryWood and Kentucky Vanilla both at 25mg - I have been vaping them almost constantly since around about 11.00am and my head is absolutely busting....

Will I learn from this...er...No!!! But they are both great Juices....!!!

Well, that's a relief! I was beginning to wonder if it was just me suffering from "Nicotine head". I tend to feel nauseas if I vape too much (I'm on 18mg) and get a cracking headache to boot. So I have cut down and regulate my intake so not to OD as the feeling was like being drunk and I'm tee-total! Ooops. Analogues intake was originally between 15 and 25 a day.

I'm on 10mg juice but only smoked around 8-10 roll ups a day. Flat out vaping though and gave noticed the head thing at times. Glad it's not just me though

I get headaches from vaping. I think the problem is, vaping never quite hits the spot. So you vape more.

yes, completely agree, think i vape more because of this although when I was on 24mg strength I dont think I vaped as much, might go back up

Personally I like chain vaping but then I used to smoke a pipe so 18mg allows me to puff happily away.

I am also an ex-cigarette smoker and I know that if I upped my nic to 24mg I could have a short vape and put it down after 5 mins just like a ciggy.

I do like chain vaping though and am quite happy vaping the lower nic which still keeps me sane and cancels out the desire for a cancer stick.

It just shows how taste is subjective I love the standard Kentucky blend but didn't like its counterparts by the way MIDI you would love the standard Kentucky blend too I recon.
