The question I ask, (as Im now trying to manage this condition) is surrounding the type of glycol used in the juice. Is it PG or VG which is usually associated with allergies or reactions?
Just thinking it might be contributing and so might be best avoiding.

I'm no expert but most posts about glycol allergies concern PG. However it is possible to be allergic to any or all of them, it just seems that a VG or PEG allergy is rarer. Did you ask the Doctor about it? I was under the impression that most creams will have PG in them....
Get better soon.

Use more pg?
Was considering Erroring on the side of vg mainly
And as for the decent summer thing in northern Ireland. I gave up on that some time ago

Juice: Health Cabin. It's cheap and it works just as well at keeping you off the cigarettes.
I haven always used it. I don't know any better or any worse.

I would consider trying a VG heavy liquid and minimising the PG to see if it helps.
The downside to VG heavy liquids is that some people do suffer from congestion.
It is a bit of a trial and error process to be honest

The body is very good at adjusting to things and unless you have a severe reaction to either PG or VG, they may help.

About 3 months into vaping (PG) I started getting really bad, spreading itchy rashes. Determined not to have to spend even more money to buy VG juices I used an antihistamine cream. It took a couple of months to go but I haven't had anything like it since and I still mostly vape 100% PG.

That's good to hear Katy, sounds like it's worth a try then.

VG is very good for the skin
Rather than buying new juices, just get yourself a bottle from Boots. It's located near the cough medicine and is a couple of pound a huge bottle.
Try adding a little to your juice and see how you get on.
I have been known to apply a little to the skin too, it's sticky, but it does help dry patches in a day or two.
good luck I hope you sort it

My girlfriend has psoriasis since she turned 13 or so, I don't have anything to say about vaping and that condition but she is really careful about what she eats (not a lot of fat), sleeps a lot, avoids stress, and moisturizes her skin very well (with some home made salve that I make for her), avoid any chemical crap from the store, just make yourself some salve, very easy to make and very cheap!
We had some positive results since I started working on her condition... this will sound weird to some of you but I do instant healing, I instant heal a lot of conditions. I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for 2 years and discovered this technique that anyone can learn (QE) and it went away in less than a minute... instant relief!
Give it a shot you might be amazed, it is called Quantum Entrainment, and it works for a loooooooot of stuff! Very easy to learn and brings a lot of fun. It seems more complicated to heal skin conditions, especially psoriasis, but I'm working on it, whenever I find out how to heal it, I'll make you a sign... distant healing is as effective!
Note, QE makes you sleep like a baby and lowers your stress to zero, I used to be very stressed out and not sleep well... it helps in every way!
Best of luck,
Christophe
