Pink or purple adonised ally top would be great! Also save you the stress of hunting down the Ti in a girlie colour ;)

If I can get the brass tube (20mm, 1.5mm wall thickness) then, yes. However, using a brass tube isn't a good idea for health reasons. It's also a lot more expensive than aluminium, and will tarnish very quickly.
If you want the look of brass, how about gold anodising?

I think I'll wait and hope you get the chance to do some black anodised ones. I was just hoping to have it match the Mako, so that would work just as well. :)

Just got mine (thanks Maz – I believe I jumped the queue by 6 weeks!).
So far so good – I had a bit of trouble threading the wick through the holes, but I was trying to do this without making the ends wet with juice (why do users ignore manufacturer instructions?) once I did this, no problem.
I used a slightly thicker splint than Steve does in his tutorial (an unwound paper clip – I snipped it to make it 80mm, meaning I could use it to measure the suggested length of wick and wire), I also suspect my coils were a bit looser, so it metered at 2.6 ohms. All told it took me 10 minutes to fit the wick and coil, but I’ve got big clumsy hands and I ignored instructions - I’m sure this will speed up.
Compared to fitting a bulli wick, the process is a bit more involved, not complicated – just more things to do. However for me the configuration of the terminal posts (I’m certain they are further apart than on a bulli) means that you have more room for manoeuvre and can get your five turns in comfortably, without the risk them touching each other or the posts. Also, the way you secure the wire is more user-friendly, it allows you to adjust the position of the coil more easily than with the bulli.
Once primed, it vaped really well and from the get go, using the 1mm group buy wick means the tank effectively has six 1mm strands in it, so wicking simply isn’t an issue. This is despite the fact the coil is placed above the liquid. I got plumes of medium temperature vapour and a solid and enjoyable throat hit.
The battery connector is good too and smoothly screwed into all the devices I’ve tested it on – it even worked first time on a revolution 2.1,

Looking forward, the only issue I can see with it is cleaning, which appears to be fiddly.

Just like to say now I've been outed as selling mine lol..

I ordered it before I bought three genisis atties, I'd gone a bit mad and something had to go, I had already ordered it so pulling out after Steve had made it wouldn't have been fair play at all. I was really impressed with it though Steve has created quite an atty with the RTA, much smaller than I expected it to be and perfect workmanship.

I didn't sell it because I didn't like it! :)

Super T S6, Super T P16, SS Don, Hellfire Mini, Hellfire Mega Special, G-Tank by Sturm, Line genisis by Van & Shorty Scubagen V3 .

I picked up the coil-making knack pretty quickly and have it down to maybe 5 minutes now. Experimented a little with wire and taken to using 0.2 now, on both these and the Bulli. 6 wraps on 1ml group buy wick, 7 on bulli wick, gives a fairly consistent 1.8ohm that gives good results at 3.7 v

I dunno Mike, I've had my P16 over a year. I sold my SS Don and realised that was a mistake so I bought another and that's on the 'stay' list too, I can hang onto stuff :laugh2:

Well, I've just got mine and am delighted as the others have been. No leakage ( a problem with my other tank system) and a cinch to fill with no needles/ extra bits and bobs. The device wreaks of attention to detail which helped me overcome what seems like a steep asking price. Looking around at the rest of the market for reusable atties, it seems a very fair price (and this is a tank system to boot). Another way of looking at the price though, is it comes with enough thread and wire to make the equivalent of 12 atties. A keeper then, lol (until the next big thing) :)

The only proviso on this being really, have you got the patience, microdexterity to rewire? This isn't really the ideal for the meatcleavered or shaky handed/fingered.

Hello everyone.I just got my RTA and i am thrilled about it.
Took 1 week to get from England to Greece as always.
The wicking material is different than what i already had to repair my CE2 atomisers.
I had some experience with changing wick and making a coil around the wick so it was very easy to assemble
The feeling of the smoke is amazing.
Thicker smoke,i can feel the nicotine and the flavor more.
Just perfect.Let's see how it goes.
Thanks to Clockworks (Steve).
