Nasty stuff that smoke on clothes - I died once just by looking at clothes worn by a smoker.


Might be a tad difficult to enforce I would guess

Well this is it - presumably all it would take would be a complaint. How on earth would you deal with that? You're effectively banning people from smoking in their cars on the way to work or after showering really. Nightmare for smokers. I do wonder how they'd respond to vapers though since there isn't any...

I guess as its the states - you just need to smoke in some gloves that dont fit you properly

Get away with anything that way.


People sense of smell is very unrealiable so chemical sniffers would be required I guess.
Or some sort of all over body condom to pop out for a fag

This is absoulutly the right thing to do, third hand smoke is the biggest killer after anal probing by alliens from space.

Hang on I just had a thought - ouch

If I smoke and pass it on to others from lungs or clothes is that not second hand.

If on the other hand some innocent person walks by while I am being the DEVIL INCARNATE by havin a fag and I breath on them - Then they pass it on from their cloths - That must be third hand smoke (or evil, death, kill, maim, murder as it should be called).

But what happens if the postman brushed up against some guy who happened to walk past his nan having a fag and then he touched some post that went in a post post contaminated the lot, which in turn went to the sorting office etc etc - OMG why arn't we all dead yet

I dont smoke anymore but this kind of stuff really pisses me off.
you can just imagine the meeting they had to decide this and probably
not one person had the balls to stand up and say " wtf , are you on a different planet"

on a side note

isnt it mad when you go to visit someone in a Uk hospital and
you have to dodge past the rows of wheelchairs / patients in dressing gowns / some complete with mobile drip
outside having a fag.

wtf...... come on , get real , is it really too difficult to build some rooms with an
extraction unit.

my mum ended up in the local hospice a couple of years ago and i was outside
freezing having a fag and a nurse came over and said " just go into the smoking room"
i was like wtf a smoking room.
a smoking room , complete with comfy chairs , tv and first class air extraction ,
so , there are exceptions

A word of warning if you put your drip bag down on the bench while you 'light up'

Your blood starts to drain into the drip bag
